Why smart leaders make poor decisions under pressure — and what to do instead
A full-day business performance workshop that identifies the six triggered leadership styles that derail decision-making under pressure — and installs a practical recovery system. Research-backed. Exec-focused. Zero therapy-speak.
Every conversation you don't have is a bill you haven't paid — until the organization does
A leadership workshop that quantifies what organizational avoidance actually costs — in dollars, talent, and time — and gives leaders a practical framework for having the honest conversations they've been putting off.
The hidden cost of showing up as your full self in spaces that weren't built for you
For professionals who consistently over-deliver to prove their value — and the organizations quietly losing them because of it. This workshop names what's happening and builds a path forward.
Why conflict, miscommunication, and emotional shutdown happen — and how to stop them
Grounded in neuroscience and the DiSC framework, this workshop gives teams a shared language for understanding how stress affects communication — and practical tools to shift the dynamic.
Giving and receiving feedback without triggering shutdown — in either direction
Most feedback training teaches a formula. This workshop teaches the neuroscience behind why feedback lands — or doesn't — and how psychological safety determines what people actually hear.
Burning bright without burning out — for professionals who were raised to never stop
Burnout prevention through a cultural lens. For Latino and multicultural professionals who carry the weight of family expectations, code-switching, and proving themselves — on top of the job itself.
The science of sustainable performance — built for any team in any industry
The entry point for organizations ready to address burnout before it becomes a retention crisis. Covers the clinical definition of burnout, organizational risk factors, and evidence-based prevention strategies.
The #1 predictor of leadership effectiveness — and it can be taught
Using the EQ-i 2.0 framework, this workshop breaks down emotional intelligence from theory to practice. Teams leave with a shared vocabulary and individual action plans — not a personality label.
We assess what's actually happening inside your organization — using validated instruments — and build a clear roadmap to address it. Not opinions. Evidence.
Every engagement begins with an honest assessment. Then we work together on what's actually driving the problem.
A clinical lens on what's draining your organization
We assess burnout risk across your organization using validated instruments and qualitative data. You get a clear picture of where the pressure is highest — and a prioritized action plan, not a report that collects dust.
Identifying the fault lines before they become fractures
Using the TKI and Five Behaviors frameworks, we map how conflict is showing up across teams — where it's productive and where it's quietly costing you. Includes individual and team-level reporting.
Beyond DEI checkbox training — real cultural fluency for your leadership team
Using the IDI, we assess where your leadership team actually sits on the intercultural development continuum — not where they think they are. Then we build from there.
Build a wellness program your employees will actually use
We design or redesign your organization's corporate wellness program from the ground up — aligned to your workforce demographics, budget, and strategic goals. Includes needs assessment, program architecture, vendor recommendations, and implementation roadmap.
Multi-session engagements for organizations ready to build something that lasts — not just check a training box.

A universal keynote about the invisible weight of leadership — the expectations, identities, and roles leaders carry that were never part of the job description, and the cost of never putting them down.
Told through the lens of one extraordinary person's story, What You Carry speaks to every leader in the room who has ever felt the gap between who they are in public and who they are when no one is watching.

Founder & Lead Clinician
Ana Cristina Uribe, LCSW QS, is the Founder and CEO of C-Suite Latinos and one of the few clinicians in the corporate wellness space who has worked inside the industry she now serves. Her career includes clinical and management roles at Humana, Magellan, and UnitedHealthcare Ventures — in utilization management, telehealth, and care management — giving her a perspective that is equal parts clinical expertise and corporate fluency.
With over 16 years of post-licensure experience, Ana Cristina Uribe, LCSW QS is licensed across 7 states and holds a graduate-level university professorship, where she trains the next generation of clinical practitioners. She is also the published author of Guía para Sanar un Corazón Roto, a book in Spanish examining how Latino cultural and family belief systems shape women's understanding of love and relationships — a testament to her deep roots in the communities she serves.
She founded C-Suite Latinos to translate what works in clinical settings into tools that work in boardrooms, conference rooms, and team meetings — grounded in peer-reviewed research and delivered with the warmth and directness of someone who has spent her career in the room with real human struggle.
She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and deeply embedded in South Florida's professional community as a member of CAMACOM (U.S. Hispanic Women's Chamber of Commerce) and the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Clinical Therapist & Corporate Trainer
Yousi Ramirez, MSW, RCSWI, is a clinical therapist, communication strategist, and corporate trainer with experience integrating behavioral health, human development, and leadership development. She works with professionals and teams to strengthen emotional regulation, resilience, and communication skills essential for effective leadership and decision-making.
Yousi has provided individual psychotherapy, psychosocial rehabilitation, and expressive therapies to diverse populations, using trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches to support personal growth and adaptive coping. Prior to her clinical work, she developed and led organizational training initiatives for executives, managers, and employees focused on leadership development, workplace culture, and performance improvement.
She currently serves as adjunct faculty at Ana G. Méndez University, where she teaches and mentors graduate students in social work. Yousi brings the same rigor she applies in clinical settings to every corporate engagement — because the science of human behavior doesn't change when you walk through a corner office door.
